The #HandsOff movement was formed in 2022 when students of Dwight D. Eisenhower school, in Berlin, NJ,  were inappropriately harassed by fellow classmate(s).  The harassment involved but was not limited to inappropriate physical touching, along with other behaviors causing trauma to multiple female students.  

Because having a positive culture at school was so important to these students, they decided that raising awareness & acknowledging students who embody the spirit of the movement, should be remembered forever.
